We primarily provide our wedding AV and piano services throughout Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. If you’re outside these areas, feel free to contact us to discuss potential arrangements.
How far in advance should we book your services?
To ensure availability, we recommend booking our services at least 2 to 3 months in advance, particularly during peak wedding seasons like spring and summer. This allows ample time to plan and customize our services to fit your needs. Can your services be provided for outdoor weddings?
Yes, we can provide our AV and piano services for outdoor weddings. We have portable sound systems and equipment suitable for outdoor environments to ensure high-quality audio. However, please note that in case of inclement weather, such as rain, we may need to pause or move indoors to protect our equipment. We recommend having a backup plan for outdoor events to ensure everything runs smoothly, regardless of the weather.
Do you provide a keyboard if we don’t have a piano at our venue?
Absolutely! If your venue does not have a piano, we can provide a high-quality digital keyboard for your event. Our keyboards are designed to replicate the sound and feel of a traditional piano, ensuring that your music will sound beautiful and authentic. We will handle all the setup, so you can focus on enjoying your special day.
Can you play specific songs we request?
Yes! We meet with you ahead of time to find songs and arrangements that tell your love story best! From classic hymns and traditional love songs to modern pop and good ole’ country, we tailor every song to your specific requests.
Do you handle microphones for the officiant, vows, and speeches?

- We attend the rehearsal, to set up professional-grade sound systems, wireless microphones, and digital piano or keyboard if needed, and iron out all the kinks.
